Job Details
Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and motivated attorney with 1–5 years of litigation experience who is eager to take on responsibility in all stages of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about representing clients effectively inside and outside of the courtroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Work directly with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications.
- Manage caseload with increasing independence, while maintaining high-quality work product.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
- 1–5 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Desire to grow professionally and build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
