Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
- Juris Doctor + in good standing with the CA Bar
- Minimum of 5+ years of employment law experience
- Counseled clients and litigated wage and hour cases, class action cases, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts
- Familiar with wage laws, leave, and compliance matters (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FLSA and CA Labor Codes), policy development, compliance training, and managing pre-litigation disputes
