IP Litigation Associate

Location:

Duties:

Handle all aspects of patent litigation cases, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate phases.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and technical experts to develop case strategies.

Represent clients in federal courts and before administrative agencies.

Manage discovery processes, including depositions and document review.

Provide legal analysis on complex IP issues.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent litigation.

Strong understanding of intellectual property law.

Experience managing complex litigation cases.

Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Admission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (preferred).

Skills:

Strong technical background with an undergraduate or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related field.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
