Surg Tech (CST) - Main OR
**Candidates must have at least 2 years of Level I trauma center experience to be considered. **
We are an academic level one trauma center with all surgical services; Ortho and Neuro heavy - GU, GYN, GYN oncology, robotics, ENT, oral, plastics/micro-recon, transplant, general surgery, surgical oncology, trauma, dental, cardiac, vascular, endovascular, pediatrics, thoracic/pulmonary. Looking for experienced CSTs in these areas.
Shift: 2x8 hour shifts and 2x12 hour shifts rotating schedule with call (40 hours per week)
1.5-2 weekends per six week time schedule.
1-1.5 weeks of off shift (3p-11p or 11p-7a) per six week time schedule.
One shift of on call each week (will be on a day you are working).
Two weekend shifts of call (will be on a weekend you are working).
Must have a Virginia State CST license. (Must register their CST license with the VA Board of Medicine to attain (*** fee). This can be pending, as long as initiated.

No reassignments to other units within the division

Hospital provided surgical scrubs
Parking: paid for by employee, off-site available with short walk or shuttles. Shuttles run from most parking lots. You may also ride the bus for free if you live on the bus line.
