Job Details:
- Location: Timberville, VA

- Shift Available: 2nd
- Compensation: $21.10/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program Tipper Tie according to product specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Conduct machine set-ups, teardowns, and style changes.
- Maintain line efficiency and speed, supporting team members as needed.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PMs) and address minor breakdowns.
- Assist in paperwork and other necessary tasks.
- Adapt to work across different departments and roles as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as lifting, stooping, and bending.
- Strong communication skills and a self-starter mentality.
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have foundational math skills and be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must remain until the end of the shift for cleanup and maintenance duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work experience within the last 12 months.
