Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trust and Probate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and probate litigation. Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership.
• 3-15 years of experience in trust and probate litigation.
• Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
