Location: Los Angeles or San Francisco
Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join a leading national law firm’s Labor & Employment group in California.

Responsibilities

• Represent and litigate labor & employment matters, with a focus on wage/hour class actions (required).
• Manage multiple assignments and produce high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Attorney admitted to practice in California with at least six years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong background in wage/hour class actions.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments and produce high-quality work.
• A collaborative mindset with the willingness to work across offices.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $315,000 — $450,000, depending on experience and location.
Eligibility for productivity and discretionary bonuses.
