Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active California bar license.
• 7+ years of specialized experience in employment law, focusing on sexual harassment and discrimination.
• Deep knowledge of California employment laws and FEHA provisions.
• Outstanding skills in research, written, and verbal advocacy.
• Proven track record in managing a diverse caseload and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated compassion and client-focused service.

Salary: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
