Are you a good fit?

• Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation to appeal.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Experience in litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
