We are seeking a Junior-Level Associate Attorney to join our Intellectual Property Practice Group in the prestigious atmosphere of our San Francisco firm. Salary: $235,000-$260,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Defend sophisticated patent litigation cases, covering all aspects from initiation to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft comprehensive motions, briefs, and other pivotal litigation documents.
• Actively participate in discovery processes, including managing depositions, organizing document reviews, and preparing expert witnesses.
• Work collaboratively within a dynamic team to develop effective litigation strategies and enhance client outcomes.
• Handle case management duties, ensuring meticulous adherence to deadlines and procedural requirements.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a notable academic record.
• Must be admitted to the Bar in California.
• 2–3 years of experience in complex litigation, particularly in defending patent litigation cases.
• Strong foundational skills in legal writing, research, and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven track record of positive presence and advocacy in legal settings.
