Shoreline Pools is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gunite Pool Construction Supervisor to lead residential swimming pool construction projects in the beautiful Massachusetts region. As a Pool Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the construction of custom gunite pools from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, team efficiency, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise and lead the pool construction team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee all phases of gunite pool construction, including excavation, plumbing, rebar installation, gunite application, and finishing.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites.
- Conduct quality control inspections at every phase of construction to ensure top-tier workmanship.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Train and mentor team members, sharing expertise and developing their skills.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role or related field; knowledge of gunite pool construction preferred but not required if you have a strong background in construction management.
- License: Massachusetts Hoisting License required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
- Physical ability to perform construction tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
