Thriveworks is looking for Master's Level clinicians seeking LMHC licensure to provide both telehealth and in-person sessions. We are based in Cambridge, MA, and this role comes with a generous $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians committing to 25+ hours per week.

What We Are Seeking
We are eager to hire provisionally licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are prepared to make a difference and grow with us. Key aspects include:

Full-time availability (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits with 5 hours of administrative time including supervisory meetings).
Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples/children, with our support.
Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while enjoying collaboration within a team.
Strong character is essential; we value integrity, openness, and dedication to quality care.
Must reside within a 45-minute commute to our Cambridge office. Initial work will be in-person, transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).
Flexibility in your schedule is highly valued.

Qualifications:

Must be residing in Massachusetts and actively pursuing licensure.
A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour counseling program.
Experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is essential.
Experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

Compensation:
Up to $73,700 depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and available bonuses.
