As a Retail Merchandising Team Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-store merchandising support that meets shopper needs. Your responsibilities will include building attractive displays, resetting shelves to enhance product visibility, and tracking inventory to maximize sales for both stores and suppliers. About you:
- You are enthusiastic and comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly manner.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You can perform physical work, including moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- You have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
- You have experience in leading and training team members.
- You can effectively use a smartphone or tablet to document your work after each shift.
- You excel in customer service and interpersonal communications with clients, customers, and team members.
- You are a motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to results.
- You can work independently while also fostering team collaboration.
- You prioritize safety and effectively perform job duties in a retail environment.
