An established national law firm is seeking a passionate Immigration Associate to join its Labor & Employment practice group in San Diego. With a focus on employment-based immigration, this role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and team-driven environment across offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of employment-based immigration matters.
• Prepare and file PERM labor certifications and associated applications.
• Draft and file H-1B and L-1 petitions, including supporting documentation.
• Collaborate closely with clients on compliance and case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft memos, petitions, and letters.
• Partner with attorneys and support teams firmwide on complex immigration issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience practicing business immigration law.
• Direct experience with PERM, H-1B, and L-1 filings required.
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to client service.
