Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies across key international markets.
- Build and manage relationships with exchanges, institutional clients, and ecosystem partners.
- Identify new opportunities in trading, OTC, and algorithmic strategies.
- Act as a bridge between external stakeholders and internal teams including trading, legal, and product.
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth plans, including partnerships, investments, and market entry strategies.
- Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to thought leadership efforts.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy, ideally in digital assets, finance, or technology.
- Strong track record of managing complex, high-value partnerships globally.
- Deep understanding of trading infrastructure, liquidity, and digital asset markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive presence.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and deal execution capabilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
