Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines, including a working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Perform nursing duties including measuring and recording vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and completing clinical tasks.
• Observe and communicate changes in patients' conditions, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
• Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images of the body.
• Explain procedures to patients to ensure their comfort and safety during X-Ray scans.
• Ensure that the imaging equipment is in proper working condition.
• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for patient treatment.
• Assist patients utilizing Virtual Medicine Providers.
• Complete patient charts accurately and in a timely manner.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:

• Complete all required training to effectively onboard and mentor new hires at Centers of Excellence.
• Engage with Learning and Development to facilitate onboarding of new employees.
• Support new employees on their first day by providing introductions, facility tours, and process overviews.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to establish and manage training plans.
• Submit weekly evaluations on trainee progress and communicate any concerns.
• Complete final evaluations and necessary forms upon conclusion of training.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technician, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.

Licensing Requirements:

• Requires a Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License.
