Physicians Care is seeking talented and experienced ARRT or Limited License Radiology Technologists to become part of our dedicated team.

ABOUT PHYSICIANS CARE:
With 12 locations across Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee, Physicians Care is a proud affiliate of Urgent Team, one of the largest independent operators of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast. Our centers provide quality and affordable healthcare at over 80 locations under eight trusted brands.

We offer convenient, walk-in healthcare services, addressing injuries and illnesses as well as occupational health and wellness care. Our centers are open seven days a week: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. All Physicians Care centers hold the Accredited Care Center designation from the Urgent Care Association, highlighting our commitment to safety, quality, and service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities reflect the general expectations for this role but are not exhaustive. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform timely radiology procedures to facilitate evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.
• Conduct necessary quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality exams are delivered.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and adhere to established clinical and regulatory safety procedures, including radiation protection techniques.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly, reporting any issues to the Area Manager or provider on duty.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to patient visits as required.
• Take responsibility for ongoing improvement in diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills through external educational resources.
• Stay current with required licensure and certification for facility radiology equipment.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
High school diploma or equivalent
BLS Certification
TN State X-Ray License
ARRT Certification preferred
Experience as a Medical Assistant is a plus.
