Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines, including a working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
- Perform nursing duties including measuring and recording vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and completing clinical tasks.
- Observe and communicate changes in patients' conditions, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
- Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images of the body.
- Explain procedures to patients to ensure their comfort and safety during X-Ray scans.
- Ensure that the imaging equipment is in proper working condition.
- Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for patient treatment.
- Assist patients utilizing Virtual Medicine Providers.
- Complete patient charts accurately and in a timely manner.

- Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues to foster a supportive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
- Complete all required training to effectively onboard and mentor new hires at Centers of Excellence.
- Engage with Learning and Development to facilitate onboarding of new employees.
- Support new employees on their first day by providing introductions, facility tours, and process overviews.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development to establish and manage training plans.
- Submit weekly evaluations on trainee progress and communicate any concerns.
- Complete final evaluations and necessary forms upon conclusion of training.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technician, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
Licensing Requirements:
- Requires a Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License.
