Urgent Team, a leading independent operator of urgent and family care centers, is seeking experienced ARRT or Limited License X-Ray Technologists to enrich our team. With over 80 locations across the Southeast, we are dedicated to providing high-quality and affordable healthcare to meet the needs of our communities.
About Us:
Our walk-in centers are open seven days a week and offer a variety of services, including treatments for injuries, illnesses, and wellness care. We are proud to be accredited facilities, emphasizing our commitment to safety and quality in healthcare delivery.
Your Role:
As an X-Ray Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate imaging for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing timely and efficient radiology procedures for physicians’ evaluation and treatment.
- Conducting quality control procedures to uphold the integrity of examinations.
- Preparing and ensuring patient safety during radiologic procedures, adhering to established protocols.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting radiology equipment, promptly reporting any issues.
- Documenting patient visits thoroughly and accurately.
- Continuous improvement of your diagnostic imaging skills through ongoing education.
- Maintaining required licenses and certifications for equipment operation.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- BLS Certification.
- Valid TN State X-Ray License.
- ARRT Certification is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant is considered advantageous.
