Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Pipe Layers for projects located in the Nashville, TN area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is prevailing wage at $32/hour .If you are a Pipe Layer eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
-
Lay various types of pipe including ductile pipe with mechanical joints, Flex Ring Lockring, Mega Lugs as well as fittings valves and more
-
Install RCP/HDPE storm pipe, manholes, vaults, and catch basins
-
Work with C900 slip joint, HDPE fusion pipe, flanged pipe and other materials including DIP, PVC, CPVC, and steel
-
Utilize pipe supports, flotation collars, clevis hangers, and glue joint pipes, PVC, CPVC, dual containment, etc
-
Grading trenches or culverts
-
Position pipes
-
Seal joints
-
Shovel work
-
Trench digging
-
Commercial construction pipe laying
Requirements
-
Must have experience in underground ductile iron piping
-
Lift up to 75 pounds
