The Retail Sales Representative plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the store’s appearance. Responsibilities include:
- Greet every customer with our "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to foster loyalty.
- Accurately manage cash register transactions.
- Become an expert in our store and inventory; know our weekly deals and the incredible values we offer.
- Assist with freight logistics and learn how to merchandise products like a great retailer.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required—happy to train new associates!
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
- A positive attitude with a focus on delighting and serving customers.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Starting Pay: $15.25-$16.00 per hour. Actual pay will be based on location, position, experience, skill level, and qualifications. We ensure that all associates are compensated above the minimum wage based on local regulations.
