This role is within Strategy & Consulting, working with C-suite executives and industry leaders to reinvent enterprise processes, leveraging technology, data, analytics, AI, and change management to drive growth and resilience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering data strategies and governance for Finance, Risk, and Compliance to enable AI evolution.
- Establishing transparency in data movement to build trust among leaders.
- Developing data quality and control frameworks.
- Modernizing data landscapes with data product models and AI-enabled architectures.
- Engaging with client executives across business, risk, data, and technology sectors.
- Supporting project teams and using analytics for innovative workflows.
- Managing project teams, deliverables, and budgets.
- Building client relationships and growing the practice through proposals and initiatives.
- Staying updated on regulations and technological impacts.
Minimum requirements:
- 4+ years in Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Management consulting.
- 7+ years in Finance, Risk, and Compliance, with expertise in data strategy, governance, transparency, quality, and modernization.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred skills:
- GenAI experience, financial services background, knowledge of data regulation regimes, and operational transformation experience.
Travel as needed. Compensation varies by location and experience, with specific salary ranges provided for different states.
