VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Mammography.

City: Hazard
State: KY
Start Date: Pending Privileges
End Date: TBD
Description: Onsite every other week for diagnostic breast procedures. Remote reads for diagnostic coverage needed every week. Will provide reads for both KY and WV, a license will be required for both states. Onsite location weeks will be at Hazard ARH (Breast Center) 3 days and Highlands ARH (approximately 45 min drive) 2 days per week.
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
