898932Required Details:BLS· ACLS· PALS· NIHSS· TNCC· ENPC· CPI· 1 Yr experience at an ED with STEMI, Stroke and L2 or L3 trauma services· Must have worked with all ages of patients, birth to geriatric· There is NO grace period to obtain these certs; must have prior to startPreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.· 2-3 years ED experience at an ED with STEMI, Stroke and L2 or L3 trauma services· Triage experience· Worked at moderate to large sized facility (>20 beds or more than 150 visits daily)List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Acute Stroke, STEMI, Trauma and Cardiac Care (IVs, drips, TNK or tPA, conscious sedation, intub/vent care, trauma care (chest tubes, rapid blood infusion, ventrics, etc.)· Respiratory/vent care· Peds care (IVs, venipuncture, catheters, drips, vents, monitoring)· GYN Care· Ortho and wound care· Inpatient holding of admitsBest personality Fit:· Self-starter· Team-oriented· Extremely Flexible· Patient-focusedREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:BLSACLSPALSNIHSSTNCCENPCCPICA RN License
