Stamping Industrial Equipment Technician
Location : St. Paris, OH
Pay : $27 - $34 per hour (based on experience and education)
Schedule : Train on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift
About the Role
Are you passionate about keeping machines running and production moving? Staffmark is hiring a Stamping Industrial Equipment Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire role where a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay is available for you.
What You'll Do
- Respond quickly to downtime calls to minimize production disruptions
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Track, document, and report daily equipment activity
- Support continuous improvement projects and efficiency initiatives
- Provide hands-on support to keep the production floor running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial equipment maintenance experience (stamping experience a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented mindset
