As a Part-Time Footwear Retail Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers. You will have the opportunity to positively influence customers' choices while embodying our core values:

Your Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with warmth and a helpful attitude, tailoring your service to their needs.
- Explain the advantages of the DSW Loyalty program and assist in enrolling new members.
- Guide customers in their selection process and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for all.
- Receive shipments, organize stock, and prepare merchandise for display.
- Utilize technology for seamless customer transactions and product searches.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong commitment to providing top-notch customer experiences.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A friendly disposition and a proactive approach to teamwork.
