KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, QE for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Guide teams in developing and execution of software test plans and timely resolution of issues
- Design and build efficient test accelerators to accelerate testing activities
- Create detailed software testing plans and project documentation related to the testing phases of the SDLC
- Design and develop testing models customized to client needs and setup test governance process
- Ability to create a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
- Supervise in developing more predictive and intelligent testing approaches on automation and innovative testing products and solutions
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in software development, testing, program management and analysis with ISTQB/PMP certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems
- Strong experience working on different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile)
- Prior experience in leading at least 2 full life cycle systems delivery implementations in a testing capacity
- Strong experience with Automation Tools (Selenium, Katalon Studio, UFT and Tricentis Tosca), Scripting Languages and Test Management Tools (JIRA, Rally and ALM)
- Solid knowledge of data analytics on ODBC databases and MS Excel
- Travel may be up to 80-100%
