A law firm seeks a junior to midlevel associate to join the Corporate M&A team in Seattle, WA. Duties
- Review, analyze, and draft transaction documents for M&A and private financing transactions.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence review and processes, including collaboration with deal teams.
- Advise clients on general corporate and entity matters, including drafting board and stockholder resolutions.
Requirements
- Two to five years of relevant experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with attorneys in other legal areas.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the bar in the state of Washington.
