Location:

Duties:

Handle all phases of complex civil litigation, from case strategy through trial and appeal

Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and discovery responses

Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile and high-value litigation matters

Conduct in-depth legal research and factual investigations

Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and negotiations

Contribute to case management, including preparing for trial and post-trial proceedings

Requirements:

4–6 years of litigation experience

Experience with complex commercial litigation preferred

Prior large firm experience or judicial clerkship strongly valued

Demonstrated success managing litigation independently or with a team

Ability to take ownership of assignments and deliver high-quality legal work under pressure

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in the State of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)

Skills:

Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
