Job Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Principal, Data Analytics who can collect, store, and enable the analysis of data at scale.
As a Senior Principal, Data Analytics , you will:
- Lead a team driving analytics capabilities across all KDP (including international)
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish standards and best practices for analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with Architects, Data Analysts, and others to identify appropriate data products
- Partner with Data Scientists to develop scalable, production-ready analytics solutions covering descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic analytics
- Manage workload and delivery using the SAFe Agile framework
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders from various business units (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, etc.)
- Recommend improvements for measurement and analytics practices for existing reports
- Understand business needs and own workstreams to deliver data-driven insights
- Mentor and develop team talent
Who you are:
- Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies (e.g., waterfall, spiral, SAFe, agile, DevOps)
- Expertise in languages such as R, Python, Scala
- Experience with data science platforms (e.g., Python, R, KNIME, Alteryx)
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, SnowSQL, Oracle
- Knowledge of ETL and CDC technologies
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI
- Leadership experience, setting strategy and monitoring progress
- Strong communication skills, facilitating requirements gathering
- Proven ability to build and optimize data pipelines and improve productivity
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug data issues quickly
- Skill in translating data insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to communicate technical info to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, including data integration, modeling, and BI
- Experience in data gathering, analysis, and visualization
- Fluent in English
- Experience with DevOps and Agile environments (preferred)
