Your Responsibilities as a Seasonal Sales Representative
- Develop and uphold a service and selling culture that fosters long-lasting customer relationships.
- Become well-versed in our product categories and confidently communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction (UPT), average dollar sale (ADT), and customer information capture rates.
- Stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
- Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and store organization.
- Assist with merchandise processing and the replenishment of floor stock.
- Accurately complete all sales transactions while maintaining accountability in cash handling at the POS registers.
- Seek opportunities to enhance your skills and improve metrics by collaborating with the store leadership team.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, as well as Company policies and procedures.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to quality work, attendance, and professional appearance.
