Pay Range: $14 - $25 per hour (includes base pay + personal commissions)

- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance according to brand standards.
- Deliver world-class customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with coworkers and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
- Communicate effectively and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Set personal goals through your PRIDE Performance Plan.
- Results-Oriented: Achieve or exceed sales targets and assist in optimizing profitability for both personal and team performance.
- Safeguard company assets by ensuring accurate inventory and cash management.
- Adaptability: Embrace change and demonstrate good decision-making skills while ensuring quick resolution of issues.
- Identify market trends by observing competition and utilizing resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales is preferred.
- A strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Flexible availability to meet the demands of a retail schedule.
Physical Demands: This position requires constant movement, including talking, listening, reaching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
