ABC Academy ABA Therapist/ RBT/ Registered Behavior Technician - FULL TIME POSITION
What you will be doing as a Registered Behavior Therapist with ABC:
- Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential
- Providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting
- Shaping the minds of school-aged kiddos (ages 5 - 12)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
- Annual bonus in addition to regular pay for all eligible RBTs.
What we offer:
- Pay ranges depend on experience and the highest level of completed education
- Associates/High School Diploma Track 15.00 – 22.50
- Bachelors Degree Track 15.00 – 24.00
- Masters Degree Track 16.00 – 26.00
- Potential wage increases every 6 months! We are obsessed with frequent feedback and transparency to your next raise
- Predictable Work Schedule! Each full-time teammate will be scheduled weekly for 30 hours Monday through Friday, 12pm - 6:30pm, and every other Saturday from 9-12pm.
- Quarterly bonuses! up to $2,000 per year based on performance and attendance
- Small caseloads! Our therapists are able to focus on the individualized care for each child

Expected Schedule / Hours of Operation:
- Mon - Fri: 12pm - 6:30pm
- Sat: 9:00am - 12:00pm
- ABC Academy Full-Time ABA Therapists are guaranteed 30 hours per week regardless of patient attendance
