We are currently seeking a talented Product Stewardship and Safety Data Sheets Specialist to join our dynamic team at our World Headquarters in Euclid, Ohio. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with product stewardship legislation, developing impactful programs, and expertly managing product-related data. We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to enhance our Product Stewardship Programs.

What You Will Do
- Ensure compliance with product stewardship legislation such as Hazard Communication, GHS, DG, REACH, RoHS, Prop65, and others.
- Collect, analyze, and manage product-related data including chemical compositions and compliance information.
- Develop and maintain accurate Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Communicate product stewardship information to stakeholders, guiding them on regulatory requirements and providing training to relevant teams.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and stakeholders regarding product stewardship legislation.
- Collaborate effectively with suppliers and third-party manufacturers to ensure compliance.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree required, with a preferred focus in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Environmental Health and Safety.
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in data management and relevant software such as 3e, SAP EHS, or other commercial systems.
- Deep understanding of Product Stewardship regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and accept responsibilities with minimal supervision.
