We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 7-10 years of experience in IT to lead testing initiatives in the Health and Life Insurance domain, specifically Gap Insurance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise, hands-on experience with automation tools, and a solid understanding of modern testing methodologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead testing strategy and execution across projects in the Health/Life Insurance domain.
- Design and implement automation frameworks using open-source tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and TDD environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to testing teams.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Work closely with development teams using Java and other technologies.
- Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Utilize cloud platforms for testing and deployment activities.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
- Strong domain knowledge in Health and Life Insurance (Gap Insurance).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (preferably open-source).
- Proficiency in Java.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with public or private cloud platforms.
