Mechanical Assembler

Staffmark is hiring Mechanical Assemblers in Alexandria, MN to support a leading packaging solutions company. Whether you're just starting out or bringing some mechanical experience, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Pay & Shifts:

• 1st Shift | Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM: $17.50-$21.00/hr
• 2nd Shift | Mon-Thurs, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM: $20.13-$24.15/hr (includes shift differential)

What You'll Do:

• Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Read and follow assembly drawings, blueprints, and samples
• Pull materials and supplies needed for each build
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet quality and production standards while adhering to safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on assembly experience (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
