Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling wire harnesses on large schematic or blueprint boards. This role involves reading schematic or blueprints to accurately place each specific wire or cable, with some processes being color-coded. You will connect wires and cables into various connectors using basic hand and power tools to tighten, screw, or connect parts on the schematic board.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses on large schematic or blueprint boards.

• Read and interpret schematic or blueprints to determine wire and cable placement.

• Connect wires and cables into different connectors.

• Utilize basic hand tools and power tools to secure and connect parts on the schematic board.

Essential Skills

• Experience in mechanical assembly.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Proficiency in wiring and general labor tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 6 months of mechanical or electronic assembly experience in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This role is set in a fast-paced, highly productive environment. The position requires standing for the entire shift and walking back and forth on the schematic board.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr.
