Join our dynamic Career Pathways program, designed for young adults aspiring to kickstart their careers. This one-year or less intensive training offers classroom skill development, access to valuable internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants receive an educational stipend, making this an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience.
Through this program, you will receive technical and professional training and access to internships through our industry-leading talent placement firm. You may have the chance to intern at prestigious companies, including Amazon, Bank of America, Buzzfeed, and BEN Group, among others.
Are you eligible?
You can apply if you are:
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Not yet obtained a Bachelor’s degree
During the program, you will develop essential skills such as:
- Professional business and communication skills
- Interviewing and networking skills
- Resume building
- Ongoing support and guidance to help you launch your career
As part of the internship phase, participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.

- Banking
- Business Operations
- IT Support
- Application Development
- Project Management
