Your Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy treatments under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state practice guidelines
Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate evaluations and referrals with the PT
Collaborate with team members to achieve quality outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation to comply with all regulatory requirements
Ensure all physician orders are obtained and remain current

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice
Excellent communication and organizational skills
