Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities
- Develop and execute tailored care plans for each patient
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation complying with all regulatory standards
- Ensure all physician orders are correctly obtained and current
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
