Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional challenges
- Develop and implement customized care plans
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation according to regulatory standards
- Ensure all physician orders are current and comply with treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- New graduates are welcome! Mentorship will be provided!
