We operate 12 locations across Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee, and are an affiliate of Urgent Team, one of the foremost independent operators of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast.

Our walk-in centers are dedicated to providing a wide array of healthcare services, treating injuries and illnesses, and offering occupational health and wellness care. We are proud to be open seven days a week and hold the accreditation of the Urgent Care Association, reflecting our commitment to quality, safety, and an extensive range of services.

Job Summary:
As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional medical care to patients of all ages with various acute and chronic conditions. Collaborating with a skilled healthcare team, you will diagnose, treat, and educate patients, upholding the highest standards of care. Full-time providers typically work rotating shifts of 36-40 hours per week, including 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. PRN (per diem) team members will be scheduled based on need.

Key Responsibilities:
The following duties generally outline the role's expectations but are not all-inclusive:

Deliver exemplary customer service to patients and team members.
Provide convenient and friendly healthcare to all patients seeking services.
Lead and support efforts during emergencies, ensuring a comforting environment for patients.
Adapt to a fast-paced, high-stress work environment, maintaining professional interactions.
Conduct assessments, treatments, follow-ups for various medical conditions including primary care and urgent care.
Perform medical procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and abscess drainage.
Monitor and adjust patient care levels as necessary.
Oversee laboratory services and diagnostic processes when applicable.
Maintain clinical competencies and participate in continuing education programs.
Collaborate with center leadership to ensure compliance with medical policies and professional standards.
Contribute to the development of new services to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to licensing and accrediting requirements.
Engage in staff education and development through presentations and training sessions.
Actively represent the center at meetings and events as required.
Support and mentor medical staff to promote quality service and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:
Preferably, candidates should possess prior experience as a provider, but new graduates are encouraged to apply! Essential qualifications include:

Valid State License as an APRN or Physician Assistant.
Certification as an APRN through recognized boards (AANP, ANCC) or as a Physician Assistant (NCCPA).
DEA license or willingness to obtain upon hire.
DOT certification or readiness to acquire upon hiring.
BLS certification.
