Responsibilities:

Lead the clinic team (including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists) to provide outstanding patient care and professional service.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts and maintain trust and credibility among staff.
Implement clinical protocols as guided by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
Comply with Federal and State regulations and guidelines, including understanding HIPAA and health information management.
Order, conduct, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
Perform therapeutic procedures, including I&D, splinting, suturing, infection management, and wound care.
Analyze patients' histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to develop accurate diagnoses.
Foster a positive work atmosphere through effective communication and collaboration with clients and team members.
Utilize virtual communication tools to provide consultations to patients.
Possess prior experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
And perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience Requirements:

Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, independent environment.
Preferred 1-2 years of experience as a provider in settings like Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Family Medical Practice, or Trauma Unit.

Education Requirements:

A Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
