Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff by example, ensuring excellent patient care is delivered by all team members.
- Review patient medical history, symptoms, and current medications to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Engage with clinical leadership to address patient care concerns and uphold company values.
- Accurately complete patient charts and maintain communication to support excellent patient care.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as directed by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings and complete required training in compliance with company standards.
- Build a positive work environment through friendly and respectful communication with all team members and patients.
- Support the training of new employees by providing guidance and shadowing opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements:
- Education: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in a relevant practice setting preferred, such as Urgent Care or Family Medical Practice.
Licensure Requirements:
- Current, active, and verifiable license and DEA status are required.
- Providers must be qualified to treat all ages and obtain DOT certification within 120 days of employment.
