Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting targeted patient volume goals.
- Guide and mentor clinic staff, ensuring delivery of excellent patient services.
- Evaluate patients’ medical histories and develop accurate diagnoses to provide tailored treatment plans.
- Complete patient documentation promptly and maintain compliance with health regulations, including HIPAA.
- Communicate effectively with team members and have a strong focus on improving patient experience.
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff members and foster a welcoming environment.
Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS) and have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in urgent care, family practice, or similar settings.
Licensure:
- Active license and DEA certification are required.
- DOT certification to be obtained within 120 days of employment.
