Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care in both clinic and telehealth settings.
- Lead and mentor clinic staff in providing excellent patient service.
- Conduct thorough reviews of patients' medical histories and current medications.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Initiate and manage telehealth appointments efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to quality care standards and stay up-to-date with compliance regulations, including HIPAA.
- Engage actively with clinical leadership to enhance patient care and resolve concerns.
- Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation.
- Support onboarding processes for new staff and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Participate in mandatory training and meetings to continually improve clinical practice.
Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, ideally in Urgent Care, ER, or Family Medical Practice.
- Active and verifiable license and DEA required; DOT certification to be obtained within 120 days.
