Band Weld Operator

Now Hiring Band Weld Operator

Location: Upland CA Hours: MondayFriday, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM Pay: $19.96 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Set up, operate, and maintain band welders, grinders, and related equipment
• Weld, grind, and anneal blades with precision to meet quality standards
• Perform visual and measurement checks to ensure accuracy
• Complete required documentation and maintenance logs
• Follow all safety rules and procedures

What We're Looking For:

• 12 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Ability to read charts, specifications, and use micrometers
• Comfortable working with decimals and measurements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 525 lbs as needed
