Entry Level Associate Tech/Machine Operator On 2nd & 3rd Shift

We are seeking dedicated individuals to operate and maintain machinery, ensuring smooth production processes across various shifts. This role involves setting up machines, tracking output, and performing minor troubleshooting tasks. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily machine setups with basic computer literacy.
• Track daily machine output and equipment downtime.
• Compile daily reports for supervisors.
• Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Wear latex gloves, face masks, or clean room attire as required.
• Lift materials weighing over 40 pounds.
• Cross-train on multiple machines.
• Move materials around the manufacturing floor.
• Lift materials into machines for output/input.
• Stand and move for 8-10+ hours a day.
• Commit to safety protocols, including daily stretching exercises.
• Adapt and learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Essential Skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Physical ability to lift over 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for 8-10+ hours a day.
• Commitment to safety and following directions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but helpful.
• Good attendance record, adhering to a 10-point system.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week if necessary.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Comfortable with working in a cleanroom environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.97 - $20.97/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
