Punch Press Operator

Are you a detail-oriented press operator who takes pride in precision and high-quality work? Staffmark is seeking a Punch Press Operator to join our client's fast-paced aerospace production team. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy delivering excellence, this is the role for you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $22/hr

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate punch presses using pancake and progressive dies
• Follow routing reports and engineering drawings for accurate setups
• Select and use the correct tooling for each job
• Read and interpret blueprints and job documentation
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Support a high-performance team and report to the Production Manager
• Meet daily production targets with strong attendance

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of punch or turret press experience
• Ability to read blueprints with attention to detail
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools
• Good penmanship and basic computer skills (preferred)
