Job Title: Physical Therapist

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift/Schedule: Day shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
- Restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and ongoing care needs
- Uphold safety, compliance, and ethical standards in all care practices
Required Skills & Experience: - One (1) year related experience is required.
-Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required.
-BLS - American Heart Association.
-Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).
-Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association.
